This parrot has become the boss among a gang of kitties. She even speaks meow to command her presence. She may just be a cat in disguise. This incredibly smart parrot gathered her crowd, talked to them in cats language and seemingly laid down the rules of the house in front of her feline audience. The kitties listened in awe.
